Referral Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

Little Knights rewards families who help grow our community. When you refer a new family to a Little Knights house league program and they register, you earn credit toward future registrations. This policy outlines how the referral program works, who is eligible, and how credits are applied.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Little Knights referral program, you must:

  • Be a currently registered or previously registered Little Knights participant or family in good standing

  • Have a valid registration on file with Little Knights at the time the referral is submitted

  • Not have any outstanding fees, disputes, or conduct-related issues on your account

Referrals may only be submitted by the parent or legal guardian listed on the referring family's registration. Referrals submitted by unregistered individuals will not be honoured.

2. Qualifying Registrations

Referral credits are earned only when a referred family completes a paid registration for a Little Knights house league program.

The following do not qualify for referral credits:

  • Pre-registrations with no financial commitment

  • Event-only registrations such as the End of Summer Soccer Festival

  • Skills development drop-in sessions

  • Camp registrations made by the referred family

  • Incomplete or unpaid registrations

A referral is considered valid only once the referred family's registration fee has been paid in full.

3. New Families Only

Each referred individual or family may only be referred once. A family that has previously registered with Little Knights — under any program, season, or registration type — does not qualify as a new referral.

Referring the same family more than once, or referring a family that has previously participated in Little Knights in any capacity, will not result in a referral credit being issued.

4. Referral Credits

For each valid referral, the referring family receives a credit of $25 toward a future Little Knights registration.

Referral credits may be applied toward:

  • House league program registrations

  • Little Knights camp registrations

Referral credits may not be applied toward:

  • Drop-in skills development sessions

  • Event-only registrations

  • Merchandise or apparel purchases

  • Any registration that is not a house league or camp program

Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

5. Accumulation Limits

Referral credits may be accumulated up to a maximum of four (4) credits per cycle, representing a maximum accumulated value of $100 before redemption is required.

Once four referral credits have been accumulated, no further credits will be issued until the existing balance has been redeemed in full against a qualifying registration.

6. Redemption & Reset

Once an accumulated referral credit balance has been fully redeemed against a qualifying registration, the referring family's referral cycle resets. They may then begin accumulating referral credits again, up to the four-credit maximum, before the next redemption is required.

Partial redemption does not reset the cycle. The full accumulated balance must be applied before a new accumulation cycle begins.

7. How to Submit a Referral

To submit a referral, the referring family must provide the referred family's name and contact information through the Little Knights website or registration process at the time of referral. Referrals submitted after the referred family has already registered will not be honoured retroactively.

Little Knights reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral before issuing a credit.

8. Credit Expiry

Referral credits that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue may expire at the discretion of Club Ninety Ltd. Families will be notified by email prior to any credit expiry where possible.

9. Misuse & Fraud

Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misuse the referral program — including self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or referrals made in bad faith — will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated credits and may result in the referring family being removed from the program without refund.

Club Ninety Ltd. reserves the right to investigate any referral it deems suspicious and to withhold credits pending the outcome of that review.

10. Changes to This Policy

Club Ninety Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on the Little Knights website with a revised Last Updated date. Credits accumulated prior to a policy change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time they were earned, where reasonably possible.

11. Contact

For questions about the referral program, credit balances, or redemption, please contact Little Knights through the website contact form below or by email at info@littleknights.ca .

The Little Knights referral program is operated by Club Ninety Ltd. All referral credits are issued at the sole discretion of Club Ninety Ltd. and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
